LITTLE WORLDS. BIG DISCOVERIES.
Get to know your child through imaginative worlds, My Inside World Friends and little actions to try together.
They play. You discover what works for them.
For curious children aged 3–8 & their grown-ups

01 / WHY WE’RE HERE
Same family. Same day. Completely different children. What works for one might not work for another.
My Inside World gives that difference room to grow. My Inside World Friends and playful tools invite you to try things together, make a connection and discover your child’s own way.
One child might love a Rumbo jump. Another might choose a quiet breath, an imaginary adventure or something entirely their own. There’s no single answer. The discovery is the point.
Stay curious. Let your child surprise you.02 / MEET THE WORLD
My Inside World Friends each open a different world of play.
Choose one, try an action, and see where it takes you.
SOMETHING TO TRY
An invitation, not a rule. Adapt it, swap it, or try something else.
Learning through play. Discovering together.03 / HOW WE EXPLORE
For children, it’s an adventure: movement, imagination and little skills to practise through play. For you, it’s a chance to notice what works. No extra homework. For either of you.
Choose from My Inside World Friends or pick a discovery card together. Jump, breathe, imagine, build a hideaway — let play lead the way.
What draws them in? What seems to help in this moment? Notice their response, try something different and let them surprise you.
Repeat the actions that work. Familiar play can become a little ritual — something your child knows and can return to.
The aim is for the play to stay with you. My Inside World Friends, words and actions can become your own shared language. “Shall we try a Rumbo jump?” may be all you need to bring a favourite action back — no card required.

05 / THE GROWN-UPS BESIDE THEM
My Inside World is a playful resource for connection, discovery and everyday skills. It is not a diagnostic tool or a replacement for professional care.

MEET THE FOUNDERS / KARLA & SANDRA
We’re Karla and Sandra — two creatives, each raising two boys. Four children. Four very different worlds. And, occasionally, four very different opinions about bedtime.
Parenthood has been a big journey for both of us: full of questions, surprises and learning as we go. It keeps bringing us back to one thing: knowing one child doesn’t mean you’ve figured out the next.
As creatives, we love what imagination makes possible. A character, a story or a world to step into can open up a new way to connect. That’s why we’re creating My Inside World: playful tools to help families discover what works for their children, then make those discoveries part of everyday life.
We’re growing alongside our boys. This world is an invitation to grow together.
A FEW THINGS YOU MIGHT BE WONDERING
Children aged 3–8, with a parent, carer, educator or professional beside them. Follow the child’s interests, communication style and pace.
That’s part of the discovery. Try a different world, adapt the action or come back another day. What helps can vary from child to child, and from one situation to another.
The cards are a starting point. As you repeat the actions that work, the My Inside World Friends and vocabulary can become shared shorthand. Over time, the aim is to bring those familiar actions into everyday life, even without a card in your hand.
My Inside World is designed to feel like play. Children explore and practise simple skills while grown-ups notice what works for them. It is not therapy, a diagnostic tool or a replacement for professional care.
The collection is in development. This page introduces the world and how to explore it; ordering is not available yet.
EVERY CHILD IS A WORLD TO DISCOVER.
